On occasion, I’ll post something food-related that doesn’t necessarily involve Happy Hour (HH). Like the picture above. Poutine made with duck fat fries, duck confit, duck gravy, melted Gruyère cheese, and chopped green onions. This is the “small” portion at Victoria Gastro Pub in Columbia. Needless to say, I was not sharing this unctuous plate of heaven. And I ate every last bit.
