The team at Faith Wachter Consulting is an eclectic bunch of social media professionals, hailing from various backgrounds and disciplines. All are fired up to help our clients elevate their social presence with interesting and engaging content that amplifies their brand. The team shares a love of travel and experiential adventures. EMILY BERTOLACCINI
Content Creator
Team: Coffee ☕
Emily attended Westfield State University in Massachusetts. She is passionate about travel and hopes to visit Thailand to see elephants. One destination she fondly remembers is Croatia. It may surprise you to learn that Emily is a dual citizen of Italy. When she is not traveling, you can find her at home with her cat, Mowgli, or exploring local coffee shops in search of the perfect cup of coffee.
JEANNE BEIRNE
Account Supervisor
Team: Tea 🍵
Jeanne earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University and a Georgia Bulldog. She is the team jokester and is known for brightening clients’ days with her wit. Her rescue dog, Pepper Skye, is her loyal coworker and always ready for emotional support cuddles between meetings. Jeanne’s favorite travel destination is Italy, where she has explored Rome and Pompeii. Her travel bucket list also includes Yosemite, Maine, Iceland, and Alaska. She is proudly Team Tea and could drink it all day. One cup of coffee, however, gives her the jitters. Plus one point for Team Tea.
BRITNI CANTU
Social Media Manager

Britni attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She loves theater and has seen Hamilton five times and counting. Thanks to her passion for theater, New York City is her favorite travel destination. She hopes to one day travel to Aruba. Britni and her dog, Aspen, are Team Coffee all day.
JULIE ELOVER
Community Manager
Team: Coffee, especially holiday coffee drinks ☕
Julie graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing. She has played lacrosse since the age of five and has always loved being part of a team. She recently checked off a bucket list adventure by going on a cruise and has also traveled to Greece and Italy. Her favorite time of year is her family’s annual beach trip. Fun fact, Julie is a twin.
ERIN FOY
Paid Social Media Specialist
Team: Coffee ☕
Erin attended West Virginia University and completed an internship with Walt Disney World following graduation. She is a world traveler and considers Capri, Italy one of the coolest places she has ever visited. Erin is an animal lover and a dedicated coffee drinker. As she puts it, “Not to get controversial, but Starbucks is greater than Dunkin.” FWC remains officially neutral in the hot beverage wars.
SAMANTHA GARZA
Content Creator, Strategist

Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and has a background in education and digital strategy. She is a former public school teacher turned entrepreneur with a passion for learning, growth, and intentional living. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights, spending time with her husband, Omasha, and their two young children, and embracing each season, usually with an iced coffee in hand.
SUNSHINE JONES
Marketing Assistant

Sunshine is a digital nomad traveling the world in search of community and connection. After sharing her travel journey online, she fell in love with creating content and approaching it through a strategic, data-driven lens. When she’s not working, you’ll find her dancing with fire or crocheting. Once a devoted tea drinker, Sunshine spent over three years in the coffee industry and now runs on cold brew.
NICOLE MITLEHNER
Operations Manager
Team: Coffee ☕
Nicole leads the agency’s operations and strategy, overseeing high-level leadership and logistics to support client success. She studied business development and marketing at West Virginia University and plans to pursue a future JD/MBA. A lover of high fashion and wellness, she fuels her ambition with business podcasts and time with her puppy, Brody. An avid traveler, she hopes to visit London next and is firmly Team Coffee, preferably espresso in Paris, because “nothing beats the smell of pressure espresso in the morning.”
FAITH WACHTER
Founder and Owner
Team: Tea 🍵
Faith is a graduate of Skidmore College and Columbia University. She and her husband are enjoying empty nester life, prioritizing foodie-driven travel and golf as often as possible, though not yet at the same time. Her travel bucket list includes Antarctica, Egypt, and Japan. In the coffee versus tea debate, Faith is firmly Team Tea, though she can be persuaded by a good iced caramel macchiato before noon, decaf otherwise.
