The team at Faith Wachter Consulting is an eclectic bunch of social media professionals, hailing from various backgrounds and disciplines. All are fired up to help our clients elevate their social presence with interesting and engaging content that amplifies their brand. The team shares a love of travel and experiential adventures. We’re also passionate about our favorite hot caffeinated beverages. Enter the Hot Beverage Wars: coffee vs tea. Team Coffee gets the slight edge, while Team Tea makes a formidable stand.
EMILY BERTOLACCINI
Content Creator
Emily attended Westfield State University in Massachusetts. Emily is passionate about travel and hopes to travel to Thailand to visit elephants. One destination she fondly remembers is Croatia. It might surprise you to learn that Emily had dinner with Johnny Depp! While she is not traveling, you will find Emily at home with her cat, Mowgli, or exploring local coffee shops to find the best cup of Joe. Emily is definitely Team Coffee.
BRITNI CANTU
Social Media Manager
Britni attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She loves the theater and has seen Hamilton 5 times and counting. Due to her love for theater, Britni’s favorite travel destination is New York City! She hopes to one day travel to Aruba. Britni and her dog Aspen are Team Coffee all day!
JULIE ELOVER
Community Manager
Julie is currently studying at Radford University majoring in Marketing. She’s played lacrosse since the age of 5 and has always loved to be on a team. The coolest place she’s ever been is EPCOT, which fuels her dreams of traveling internationally. She lists skydiving and going on a cruise on her bucket list. Her favorite time of the year is her family’s annual beach trip. Julie is a twin! And she’s definitely a coffee girl (especially holiday coffee drinks!).
ERIN FOY
Paid Social Media Specialist
Erin attended West Virginia University and participated in an internship with Walt Disney World following graduation. Erin is a world traveler, finding Capri, Italy one of the coolest places she’s ever been. She is an animal lover and a huge coffee drinker. As she puts it, “Not to get controversial, but Starbucks is greater than Dunkin.” FWC remains non-political in the hot beverage wars.
SAMANTHA GARZA
Content Creator, Strategist
Samantha obtained her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, and is currently working on her master’s degree in Digital Strategy at the University of Florida. Samatha dreams of spending time abroad with her family exploring Europe and indulging in the culture. In her free time she loves spending time with amazing partner Omasha and her kids. Samantha is an iced coffee fiend due to having two kids under the age of three.
SUNSHINE JONES
Marketing Assistant
Sunshine is currently attending Sierra College to get her Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing. Her goal is to build her own homestead outside of the U.S. with her partner Axel and their cat Opal. Sunshine has traveled across the country, and her favorite state is Utah. After working for Starbucks for three years, Sunshine has kicked her coffee addiction and has upgraded to a beautiful tea set she uses daily.
NICOLE MITLEHNER
Operations Manager
Nicole will complete her degree from West Virginia University in May 2024. She’s an avid traveler and hopes to cross London, UK off her bucket list next. Magens Bay in St. Thomas is one of her favorite spots in the world. She loves reading and has read Harry Potter so much that she’s memorized it word for word. She also loves hiking, weight lifting, and taking on new challenges. Her puppy Brody is always by her side. Whether it is a cozy brew at home or espresso in Paris, Nicole is Team Coffee all the way! “Nothing beats the smell of fresh espresso in the morning.”
HEIDI SCHMIDT
Social Media Strategist
Heidi attended Northeastern University and has accomplished the amazing feat of running 4 full marathons. Her best time was faster than Oprah’s! (Not that she’s comparing or throwing down a gauntlet of any kind.) While several countries rank high on Heidi’s bucket list, Singapore is the coolest place she’s ever been. And weighing in on the great debate of “coffee vs. tea”, Heidi votes for iced coffee and hot tea, both on the sweeter side!
FAITH WACHTER
Founder and Owner
Faith is a graduate of Skidmore College and Columbia University. She’s a classically trained pianist and vocalist, and she’s been able to live out her rockstar dreams with a number of local cover bands over the years. She and her husband enjoy the empty-nesters’ life, and indulging in foodie-driven travels. And in the great debate of “coffee vs tea”, Faith is firmly in the tea camp (her faves: assam, lapsang souchong, oolong), but a recent trip to Italy convinced her of the virtues of really good cappuccino.
